Quranic verse for reflection

"[This is] a blessed Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that they might reflect upon its verses and that those of understanding would be reminded."

(Surah Saad 38, verse 29)

“Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear”

(Surah Al-Baqarah 2, verse 286)

 

“Whoever puts his trust in Allah; He will be enough for Him.”

(Surah At-Talaq 65, verse 3)

 

“Do not lose hope, nor be sad. You will surely be victorious if you are true believers.”

(Surah Ali |mran 3, verse 139)

 

“No misfortune ever befalls except by permission of Allah. And whoever has faith in Allah - He will guide his heart. And Allah is Knowing of all things”

(Surah At-Taghabun 64, verse 11)

 

"And this worldly life is not but diversion and amusement. And indeed, the home of the Hereafter - that is the eternal life, if only they knew."

(Surah Al-Ankabut 29, verse 64)

 

"Say, 'Indeed, the death from which you flee - indeed, it will meet you. Then you will be returned to the Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, and He will inform you about what you used to do."

(Surah Al-Jumu'ah 62, verse 8)

 

"O you who have believed, remember the favour of Allah upon you when armies come to [attack] you and We sent upon them a wind and armies [of angels] you did not see. And ever is Allah, of what you do, Seeing.

[Remember] when they came at you from above you and from below you, and when eyes shifted [in fear], and hearts reached the throats, and you assumed about Allah [various] assumptions.

There the believers were tested and shaken with a severe shaking."

(Surah Al-Ahzab 33, verses 9-11)

 

"The believers are only those who, when Allah is mentioned their hearts become fearful, and when His verses are recited to them, it increases them in faith; and upon their Lord they rely - The ones who establish prayer, and from what We have provided them, they spend. Those are the believers, truly. For them are degrees [of high position] with their Lord and forgiveness and noble provision."

(Surah Al-Anfal 8, verses 2-4)

 

"Indeed, those who do not expect the meeting with Us and are satisfied with the life of this world and feel secure therein and those who are heedless of Our signs - For those their refuge will be the Fire because of what they use to earn. Indeed, those who have believed and done righteous deeds - their Lord will guide them because of their faith. Beneath them rivers will flow in the Garden of Pleasure. Their call therein will be, 'Exalted are You, O Allah,' and their greeting therein will be, 'Peace.' And the last of their call will be, 'Praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds!'"

(Surah Yunus 10, verses 7-10)

 

"Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure, and indeed, the wicked will be in the Hellfire."

(Surah Al-Infitar 82, verses 13-14)

 

"And no soul knows what is hidden for them of comfort for eyes [i.e., satisfaction] as a reward for what they use to do. Then is one who was a believer like one who was defiantly disobedient? They are not equal."

(Surah As-Sajdah 32, verses 17-18)

"Say, 'The angel of death who has entrusted you will take you. Then to your Lord you will be returned."

(Surah As-Sajdah 32, verse 11)

 

"Say, 'O my people, work according to your position, [for] indeed, I am working; and you are going to know."

(Surah Az-Zumar 39, verse 40)

 

"The believing men and the believing women are allies of one another. They enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and establish prayer and give zakah and obey Allah and His Messenger. Those - Allah will have mercy upon them. Indeed, Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise."

(Surah At-Tawbah 9, verse 71)
